Does Uttrakhand,a State prone to disasters,floods, rains,landslides,Quakes have a State Disaster Mnent Authority?
If DMs of the area had info that heavy rains are expected in Uttrakhand why did they not step up prevention?
We are penny wise but pounds foolish.We don't work or spend on prevention and preparedness but on disaster compensation!
